At Sam Bat, we stand behind the quality of our professional-grade maple bats and offer a straightforward return process for unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom bats and used equipment are final sale due to the personalized nature of our manufacturing.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original, unused condition and was purchased within the last 30 days; custom engraved bats are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team at support@sambat.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific shipping instructions for your return.
Package Your Bat
Securely pack your item in its original packaging if possible, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box to ensure efficient processing at our warehouse.
Ship and Refund
Send your package via a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected by our craftsmen, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
